As a member of the Logistics Initiative Hamburg we work towards optimising hazardous goods logistics at this location. This is a network of more than 400 enterprises from industry, trade and the service sectors in the Hamburg metropolitan area. The Logistics Initiative Hamburg supports our Sea Port Congress.

EXAG advises companies in particular in the fields of maritime safety (ISM & ISPS), ship management and hazardous goods.

ma-co maritime competence centre

Together with ma-co maritime competence centre, we host the Sea Port Congress in Hamburg and also provide individual joint courses. The maritime competence centre resulted from the fusion of the Fortbildungszentrums Hafen Hamburg e.V. (Hamburg Harbour Further Education Centre), the Hafenfachschule im Lande Bremen e.V. (Bremen/Bremerhaven Harbour Education Centre) and the HHLA-Fachschule (Hamburg Harbour School of Logistics and Management). ma-co offers practice-oriented courses on the subjects of harbours, logistics, sea shipping and associated themes such as hazardous goods and safety and security for harbour management.

North German Poisoning Information Centre (Giftinformationszentrum-Nord, abbreviated to GIZ-Nord) of the federal states of Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein

Our clients can book the service of the North German Poisoning Information Centre states of Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein, located in Göttingen directly via UMCO. The "GIZ-Nord" provides medical advice in cases of exposure to chemicals after an accident. UMCO clients can integrate the emergency telephone number of GIZ-Nord directly into the safety data sheets we compile for them. These sheets are automatically submitted to the GIZ-Nord.
